Job Description

General Operative / Frame Assembly Operative

  • Dinnington, S25 - ideal for those based in Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield and Worksop
  • Training on days with the potential to move on to Night Shift - 4 days / 12 hours
  • £11.88 - £12.50 per hour after initial training period
  • Immediate starts available - Induction/Open Day taking place on Tuesday 22nd March 2022
  • Long term work with the future opportunity for permanent contracts
  • Full training provided
Duties will include:
  • Usage of hand tools, powered drills, tape measure, etc.
  • Inserting glazing in to the units
  • Manufacturing of aluminum and wooden windows (secondary glazing)
  • Hand packing and wrapping the finished product
  • Manual handling + heavy lifting
  • Quality checking
Working Hours:7am - 4pm (Monday - Friday)Hourly Pay Rates:Days (Whilst training): £9.50 - £10.00 per hourNights (After Training) £11.88 - £12.50 per hourTo be considered for this position you should:
  • Have some previous experience of using hand tools; Power Drill, hammer, tape measure, etc.
  • Be able to commit to long term work on a fixed night shift
  • Have your own Safety boots - all other PPE will be provided by the employer.
  • Have previously worked in a production/manufacturing environment
