Job Description

Care Line on the hunt for warm and kind people like you to join our amazing team of part and full-time CareWorkers as a Field Care Supervisor in Rotherham and the surrounding areas.The fact that youre have Care experience makes you part of a special group of peoplethe most compassionate and interesting people we know. There are many reasons why people become Care Workers, but the main motivation of this role is the chance to makea difference, helping to motivate and lead the current Care staff. As well as previous experience of working in a healthcare setting, you must also hold a relevant healthcare qualification, a minimum level 2. In addition, youll need to: -

  • Work effectively alongside colleagues within the company to ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of a flexible, high quality service
  • Ensure continuity of delivery of high quality person centred care
  • Ensure that safeguarding incidents are reported in accordance with policies and practices
  • Identify training and development needs
  • Carry out spot checks, supervisions and quality reviews
  • Have a commitment to developing others
  • Be a proven team player
  • Ensure support and care plans are reviewed and updated
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with other professionals
  • Ensure that service users are fully included in any decisions made in relation to the service they receive
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Be flexible to meet the business needs including occasional on-call duties as required
In return, well support you every step of the way, providing the training necessary to continue your progression within the company. Bear in mind that flexibility is required as youll be working on a rota basis, which may include early starts, late finishesand alternate weekend working, picking up Care work when required. Due to the geographical location access to a vehicle is essential.Wed love to hear from you if youre: -
