  • Responsible for ensuring branch compliance in relation to:
  • Health and Safety
  • Responsible for ensuring best practice and that all required information is provided and displayed as appropriate
  • Waste management and Environmental management
  • Ensure compliance of all waste coming into the branch meets the agreed site permit
  • Fleet management
  • Maintenance of the branch fleet, reporting any defects, and ensuring that services, MOTs and inspections are carried out
  • Training
  • Ensure that all branch employees comply with training requests
  • Internal and external processes
  • Monitors complaint, risk and cancellation case management, facilitating positive case resolution
  • Ensuring adherence to all ISO9001, 14001 and OHSAS18001 standards is maintained
  • Monitors stock levels: order, issue and control stock making sure this is accurate with AX – stock take bi annual counting
  • Role requirements for Branch Compliance and Operations Manager
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a facilities and compliance environment
  • Complaint management and dispute resolution experience
  • Inbound and outbound customer contact management background
  • Used to working to and meeting deadlines
