Job Description

This role requires a stand out senior admin candidate to take responsibility across all operational administration tasks. You will be working along side a team and will be in a highly varied role. The areas covered will range from Health and Safety, payroll, compliance and HR.   • Maintain the department databases to ensure accurate records are kept on company standards
  • Control and issue Standard Operating Procedures, Tool Box Talks and forms to relevant departments.
  • Carry out internal audits of Integrated Management System to ensure safety compliance.
  • Co-ordinate related training to employees
  • Management of personnel and sponsorship records within the Sentinel scheme to comply with rail infrastructure safety standards
  • Liaise with and assist external auditors for company accreditation requirements.
  • Liaise between depot/department managers and suppliers for safety related support, documents and information to include occupational health questionnaires, medicals, surveillance and referrals, drug and alcohol testing.
  • Update and issue department reports internally.
  • Liaison with consultants and specialist contractors
