About The RoleA new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Scheduling Department. As part of this new role, there will be a variety of tasks and responsibilities across the whole scheduling function. You will be involved in all aspects of planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring new items that go through the business.You will work closely with the Scheduling Controller to ensure there are accurate schedules that can be achieved by all departments, as well as gathering and sharing information on performance against CDP deadlines. This role will involve working with various teams including Creative, Product Management, Repro, Tech Check and CDS. This is a fast-paced role that will require you to adapt with the needs of the business.Key Duties include:- CDP creation ensuring capacities are maintained in key areas- Support annual planning activity- Internal tracking system data maintenance and reporting- Tracking system data maintenance and reporting- Updating and publishing Key Dates Documents- Liaison with the Customer Delivery Scheduling teams- Highlighting risk and closely monitoring at risk programmes- Holding scheduling meetings- Producing workload forecasts- Monitoring progress of live programmes against CDP deadlines- Master Schedule maintenanceKey Person Skills:- Excellent Excel knowledge - to an advanced level- Numerate & analytical with extremely high attention to detail- Be highly organised, able to prioritise and work independently- Be self-assured with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Confident in a meeting environment- Be flexible and hardworkingThe right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be confident in a meeting environment.
