Job Description

£40k+ dependent on experienceSalary Negotiable

  • Company Funded Cashback Health Plan.
  • Pension- Employer contributions currently 4% increasing to 5% in July 2024 and 6% in July 2025
  • Death in Service
  • Holidays start on 25 days plus statutory.
  • Holidays increasing with an additional day each year up until 28 days after 3 years + Stats.
  • 39.5 hours per week
  • Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm
  • Friday 8:00am to 130pm
Our client is a prestigious, industry-leading organisation boasting a diverse project portfolio, with work across an array of sectors including Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, and Waste water. They are also highly experienced in handling anassortment of fabrication and steel projects of various sizes.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experienced Proposals Engineer.
  • Water Treatment Equipment.
  • Fabrication and installation of industrial steel work.
  • Ability to produce detailed costing to meet clients requirements / Scope of works.
  • Ability to read PNIDs, 2d &3D drawings and models
  • Produce material take off’s.
  • Able to Interact with internal departments - Design/ Quality/ Fabrication/ Procurement.
  • An excellent eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Create and maintain all associated administration requirements - Quote files/ correspondence.
  • Experience of working on projects for the water industry an advantage
  • Chemical industry background an advantage.
Day to Day Role Responsibilities/Tasks
  • Office based role, but will require visiting a variety of sites to conduct site surveys.
  • Working as part of an experienced sales and proposals team.
  • Projects include both the fabrication and installation of industrial pipework, steelwork and sheet metal work.
