Leading fashion company have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our vibrant head office team as a Marketing AssistantIf you would like to be part of a forward-thinking business and have a job with excellent career prospects, we would love to hear from you.As well as being part of an exciting and dynamic head office team you will also have the opportunity to gain an industry recognised qualification within your first 18 months.If you have a passion to earn while you learn please apply today.The purpose of this role is to input on and deliver the marketing plan across key retention channels such as email, DM, other digital customer journey retargeting platforms to drive the maximum ROI.The key accountabilities of the role Budget, plan, report and analyse all customer retention activity across email and DM channels Liaise with Buying and Merchandising to brief retention email and DM campaigns to support the retention of customers in line with in-season marketing and trading calendars. Support the delivery of the strategy for wider customer retention activities, including triggered behavioural and personalisation campaigns Develop strategies to increase the number of opt in email addresses, postal addresses on the database and minimise churn Coordinate ECRM and DM activities with the wider marketing plan, ensuring consistency of message*Develop, manage and implement a seasonal proposition, A/B and tactical testing and optimisation plan across all relevant retention channels to drive the maximum ROI.The Successful Candidate will need:*Previous experience of working in an email or direct mail marketing role, managing campaigns from inception to completion, ideally with a fashion background.*Sound commercial acumen and have a genuine interest and good understanding of the retail market.*Strong interpersonal skills, as you will need to build relationships with the Buying, Merchandising, and Creative Marketing teams.
