They offer Modular & offside products, including but not limited to high-quality refurbishments and bespokemodular buildings.Sectors They CoverResidential, Commercial, Care Homes, Schools, Leisure Facilities, Porta Cabins.WagesPAYE: £14 / hour with additional holiday payCIS: £16.00 / hour (£880/week)Qualifications / Experience required:Ideally to NVQ Level in either Joinery Level 1, Construction Practices, Or an ApprenticeshipWill accept other related experience or apprenticeshipsIdeally from a Modular or Caravan Production backgroundExperience of working in a construction environmentKey responsibilities:Assisting Skilled Joiners in the fitting of relevant components of the Modular Homes and Cabins to create a quality finished product.Constructing stud wall partitionsInterior wall constructionPlaster boardingInterior and Exterior CladdingFitting Skirting & ArchitravesUse of hand & power tools in an approved mannerEnsure that all work is of a quality level as prescribedBe responsible for ensuring a clean and tidy work areaResponsible for basic health and safety standards within the workplace*To hear more about this exciting new opportunity please call Rosie in the 1st instance on to explain to me your suitability for this role or please send your CVThe following applies to all workers paid on a PAYE basis.How will you be paidYou will be paid on standard PAYE (pay as you earn). There are no other deductions made to your pay outside of basic tax and national insurance.
