Elevation recruitment group are pleased to be supporting a leading manufacturing business in Dewsbury (hybrid working) as they look to recruit an IT & Digital Analyst. As IT & Digital Analyst you will work with business teams to create new or modify existing business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements, utilising system connectivity and integration, automation anddata organisation. You will be involved in application developments, deployments and enhancements throughout the Group meaning this role will include occasional travel. Key duties & responsibilities:*Work cross functionally to design and develop effective business intelligence solutions and software to facilitate business decisions through reporting dashboards and web applications*Works in collaboration with the wider IT team to align and deploy applications with business requirements*Obtain data from structured and unstructured Data Sources and present in appropriate reporting tools to help enhances business information and improved process flow*Continually investigating better methods to improve processes through the use of digitisation and/or automation*Facilitate the design and development of solutions to meet business needs through automation technologies (RPA/UIPath, PowerApps, Power Automate)*Lead on assigned projects *Leads new technology evaluation related to operating systems, hardware, software packages, development tools, and methodologiesWe are keen to speak with IT professionals with the following skills and experience:*Advanced dashboard and report writing using Power BI, Excel and SQL *Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information*Strong technical knowledge in a range of information technology applications and platforms*Experience with data wrangling, working with large data sets of varying quality, structured & un-structured to solve business challenges*Self-Starter able to independently complete tasks accurately and quickly*Excellent presentation and communication skills*Strong business acumen*Ability to lead projects and work in diverse team settings*Experience of RPA/UIPath, PowerBI, Power Query, Power Apps low code application platform advantageousTo find out more about this opportunity contact us today!
