Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim HR Support Officer to assist a HR team for a leading manufacturing company based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, for circa 3-6 months initially.Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with existing members of HR within their manufacturing Sites.
  • The main objective is to harmonise company policies and procedures, whilst supporting the management and employees in all HR related matters.
The following knowledge and experience is essential:
  • 3 – 5 years previous experience within HR, including but not limited to; reviewing, developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • CIPD level 5 (as minimum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competent in MS Office, Word, Excel.
  • Previous experience of consulting on changes with management and union Desirable skills include.
  • Previous experience of manufacturing environment.
  • Previous knowledge and experience of working within a unionised Site.
  • The role will be Office based on Days.
  • Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
Salary is paying circa £30,000-£35,000 DOEBenefits include:
  • 30 days holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays).

  • Pension scheme.
