HR Operations Business Partner - West Yorkshire - 9/12 Months Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract - Starts November 2023My client, a leading national UK business in their niche in the Construction industry is seeking an experienced, highly effective, highly proactive, commercially minded, HR Operations Business Partner, for Maternity Cover on a Fixed Term Contract basis ofbetween 9-12 months.Part of a team of 9 (HRD, HR Bus Ptnr, L&D Bus Ptnr, Sales Training Mgr, Resourcing Bus Ptnr, Marketing Comms Mgr, Exec Admin, HR Advr, HR Admin), with 2 reports (the HR Advisor and HR Administrator), managing a business with c400 employees nationally, thesuccessful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of and effectiveness in the following areas :-

  • Tactical HR Delivery
  • Risk Management
  • HR Legal Compliance
  • HR Management Data
  • HR Admin
  • Coaching & Supporting Managers
  • Employee Engagement
  • Reward Management
In short all of the traditional HR disciplines.My client is recruiting for this position now, with a start date of November 2023. Candidate presentation meeting will be week commencing 2nd October. 1st stage interviews likely to be 10/11th October. The exact term of the contract is to be determined,but will be between 9 and 12 months.The role forms an important part in helping the business meet its business plan and would suit a motivated, hands on, commercial minded HR Manager or HR Operations Business Partner.The role is office based 3 days a week, in their West Yorkshire Head Office, WFH 2 days. There could also be (expensed) travel across the country on an ad hoc basis to any of their 16 sites.With a Salary of £42k-£45k pa (pro rated where applicable) this is a superb opportunity to be part of a rapidly changing, dynamic business, working closely with a hugely experienced, commercially focussed HRD.Preferred candidates will have 10 years HR Management experience in the UK, relevant Degree and/or CIPD and will of course have the right to live and work in the UK.Dont waste this chance!
