Customer Service - Hire Desk Adviser - Dewsbury Wf13 area- £20k - £21.5k+ 25 holidays & bonus & great benefits - Monday to Friday 8am -5pmDealing with customer orders & enquiries relating to PLANT Hire / Construction equipment - The Customer Service Adviser will liaise with clients regarding product selection, delivery times and general queries. Communicating using Telephone & Email to ensure all orders are placed in an efficient and accurate manner. Supporting other colleagues within the company liaising with customers and providing assistance where necessary.Problem solving of customer queries in a timely fashion ie - is a delivery delayed / liaising with Sales Representatives where necessary. Support the customer, ensuring they have a positive experience with the company take appropriate action to rectify customer complaints in terms of product quality or delivery.Assisting with finding best transport costs in the depot to ensure the most efficient and cost effective use of company vehicles and/or external hauliers. To promote offers and up-sell products & services where possible..... Required skills
