Job Description

HGV Class 1 Driver (Tramper)Basic Salary: £28,000 Per AnnumNight out bonus (Circa £5000 - £6000 per year)Other Bonuses & Perks (Circa £2000 per year)Total: Circa £35,000+ per annumKamro Ltd are looking to speak with HGV Drivers of all levels based in and around West Yorkshire. Whether you have been driving for 20+ years or have just obtained your licence, our client appreciates that everyone has to start somewhere! You will be working for one of the fastest growing transport companies in West Yorkshire who treat their drivers as individuals and not simply a number on the books.THIS IS PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT, NOT AGENCY WORK!You will be permanently employed by our client, guaranteeing work all year-end.JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Class 1 HGV Licence (C+E)
  • Hold a valid digital Tacho card
  • You will be professional, hardworking and committed.
  • Be able to and willing to work as a Tramper driver
  • Have some experience in Container work or Tautline work (although this is not important, training can be provided)
  • Be able to communicate well with customers face to face or over the phone.

  • Container Work or Tautline work available
  • Hours of work are Mon – Friday or occasional Saturday AM.
  • Work from UK Main ports
  • All General Haulage work
  • All UK Mainland
  • Vehicle: Renault T Range fully equipped with all necessary equipment for tramping.
