Job Description

French Speaking Account AdvisorTo support UK and overseas business customers in their order requirements. To assist customers in a manner that ensures a world class customer experience.Responsibilities:

  • Working in the International Service Department speaking with business customers (also UK) regarding product requirements
  • Your customers are all highly professionally with many contacts being Designers
  • Specifically working on the European markets - using French and English languages
  • Gathering information from customers to ensure the best solution and product is sourced
  • Defining to each business customer the manufacturing process and leadtime, transport and export - committing to SLAs
  • Undertaking rigorous daily order management to ensure smooth processing to meet committed deadlines for each customer
  • Constantly updating each customer on progress to achieve the 100% customer satisfaction
  • Developing excellent relationships with all customers, gathering as much information about their business in-order to improve experience and Identify the key satisfaction drivers for your customers
  • Develop productive internal relationships within your team, internal departments including: production, quality, logistics, Field Sales, Management, Designers and Directors.
  • Focus on developing a strong product knowledge to be able to engage more with customers as well as the Designers
  • Ability to problem solve, wherever possible, before it impacts the customer
  • Recording all activity on the customer order, the process and final destination / arrival
  • Working in a small team to achieve common business goals - other teams are speaking Italian, Spanish, German, Greek, Polish etc.
  • Using a variety of IT systems including MS office, word, excel, outlook, internet, bespoke databases etc.
Skills Required:
  • Languages of value are: English & French
  • Professional customer service / account management career history
  • Educated to degree level
  • Confident IT skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet agreed deadlines
Terms:
  • Full time, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours
  • Hybrid role - 3 days office based, 2 days home based
  • 8am - 5pm (i.e.: 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm)
  • Salary - £21,500pa
  • Excellent benefits package
