Job Description

Position: Early Years TeacherLocation: Dewsbury, KirkleesStart Date: January 2024Are you a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children If so, we invite you to join one of our schools on a Maternity contract as an Early Years Teacher startingin March 2024.Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality early years education in a stimulating and nurturing environment.
  • Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring the well-being and development of each child.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support each childs growth and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of childrens progress and development.
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience working as an Early Years Teacher.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of each child and create a positive learning experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
