Customer Service Handler wanted to join an online retailer based in central Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.You will need to have excellent commmunication skills and strong IT / excel skills along with a confident telephone manner. Duties will include :Customer Service:• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues.• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, striving for customer satisfaction.• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers.You will need to be able to work under pressure and conduct yourslef in a proffessional manner at all times.This is a great oppurtunity for someone who is looking for a true permanent role.
