Our customer focus is based on quality, service and consistency and our service-led ethos is one of the key drivers in the growth of our market share over the past 10 years.Job Purpose: The position in the above territory holds a crucial role in the execution of the companys commercial strategy. BDMs are required to proactively develop and manage key strategic supply chain partnerships at regional office levelof key developers as well as with other regional house builders, contractors, specialist merchants and factors. The primary focus will be to gain specifications and up-sell the Ibstock Concrete (Developer) portfolio of Roofing Systems, Walling Stone, CastStone and Flooring Solutions. Given the geographic position of this role in the North there is notable high demand for Walling Stone and Cast Stone, for which a BDM will need to develop a regional strategy to both facilitate and grow existing business.The key to your success will be in the identification, implementation and management of commercially viable opportunities, increasing the depth and breadth of influential relationships within all respective sectors at a regional level, and the executionof targeted sales strategies.The role will report to the Regional Sales Manager, however the successful applicant will be required to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in the commercial team, cover a wide range of product categories and collaborate on opportunities with the widerIbstock salesforce.Key Accountabilities
