Job Description

BREEAM Assessor - Remote Ref CTJ1034£45,000 - £55,000Permanent This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning consultancy that works with leading UK housebuilders to deliver high quality sustainability and energy advice to the construction industry. If you are a BREEAM Assessor and are looking for a remoterole, please apply below.The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least two years experience within a similar role
  • Have worked with clients and managing expectations
  • Have had experience leading and developing projects
  • Be a team player but also be able to work independantly
  • Have a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Role Requirements:
  • Be able to work on projects independently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Conduct BREEAM assessments
  • Active engagement with the client and project team to ensure that sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved throughout the duration of the development
  • Deal with enquiries from site and team queries
  • Travel to different locations to conduct reports and assessments
