Are you an experienced site manager with a background in new build housingCan you commit to at least 5 months work via PAYEDo you live within a commutable distance of South DevonI have a 5-month fixed term contract for a site manager, working for a regional developer in South Devon. Finishing plots, most of which are at roof stage, mix of open market and affordable/social, low volume scheme. You will be employed and paid directly by the client for the duration of the contract which might be extended or made permanent at the end, but not guaranteed.You will need to have a proven background working in housebuilding, on traditional build sites. You will have the support of an assistant site manager on site. Strong programming skills are essential, as well as organisation and clear communication skills.£48k - £52k DOE, a pro rata car allowance will be offered and benefits etc.Role to commence asap upon a successful interview.
