The Position:- * Assisting a small local authority legal team with the usual Planning Law matters, including:- - Planning Agreements such as s.106s - Planning Enforcement Notices - Certificates of Lawful Development- General Planning Advice - Planning Committees * Requirement is to assist for an initial 2 months/ongoing basis * The role is to cover whilst a new permanent recruit is found* Flexible as to hours either on a Full Time or Part Time basis * Remote working opportunity* To start in the next few weeks ideally* Rates £30 - £45ph (tbc)The Ideal Candidate:- * Solicitor/Legal Executive/other equivalent qualified Lawyer * At least 2 years experience in dealing with Planning Law work * Will have previous experience of working in a Local Government environment or has a good level of understanding of how this differs from Private Practice Planning work * Will be available to start a new role in the next few weeksBadenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
