Confident, with a natural flair for building rapport and with a passion for delivering gold standard service, our newest Owner Relations Expert will be crucial in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Property Owners and New Owners!Working as part of our dedicated Owner Relations Team, you will join us over 6 months, responding to contact from Owners and holiday guests and liaising with Owners, Housekeepers, and external suppliers to ensure the smooth running of properties!This is a collaborative role which will see you work alongside multiple areas of our wider business, touching base with our Property Recruiters on all new property leads! No two days will look the same for our newest Owner Relations Expert, as your personalityshines, building and maintaining the Helpful Holidays portfolio, meeting potential owners and impressing them with your expertise to ensure that the owners sign up to Helpful Holidays!We pride ourselves on delivering the very best care to our Customer and Owner base and want to hear from those with a true passion to deliver the very best service to join our driven and successful team!A typical day within your new role will see you:- Using your own initiative to deal with everyday owner and holiday guests queries.- Assisting the Property Recruitment team with onboarding new owners.- Supporting the team to coordinate the managed services throughout the property portfolio and prepare for holiday guests and owner stays- Responding to and successfully resolving owner and holiday guests issues within agreed service level targets.- Quickly investigating and understanding issues and coming up with sensible solutions.- Maintaining thorough written records of all issues.- Escalating any urgent/high priority issues in line with company policies.- Maintain an up-to-date electronic diary to ensure new visits can be booked in promptly and in accordance with Service Level Agreements.We know what kind of people we want in our team and are welcoming those who are friendly, confident and with a natural flair for organising, resolving and dealing with problems!Full training will be given to ensure you fit into our tight-knit team however standouts will also have:- Previous experience in a customer service role- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal- Good knowledge about local area- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills - able to manage diary and return paperwork within deadlines- Excellent people skills - Able to build, manage and maintain strong relationships- IT literate and able to learn new skills- Access to own transport and own driving license.
