Conveyancing Assistant - Knightsbridge A long established, full service law firm with a strong presence in the South West are currently looking to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to work within the Conveyancing department. As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant you will be responsible for providingsupporting to a Conveyancing Solicitor with new instruction on receipt and assisting on those transaction through pre and post completion.As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant within the conveyancing department you will be responsible for the preparation of contracts and supporting documents, registering applications on the land registry, title checking, registering applications on companies house,speaking to clients over the phone and in person as well as issuing contracts and exchanges.To be considered, this busy department are looking for a candidate who has experience of working within a Residential or Commercial property team, good communication skills at all levels, team worker and the ability to work well under pressure.On offer is the opportunity to join a leading law firm who can offer a competitive salary, good quality work as well as an extensive benefit package.
