Job Title: Kitchen and Bathroom DesignerLocation: East DevonJob Type: Permanent Full-Time - Includes alternate SaturdaysSalary: Basic of around £30,000 DOE complimented by commission (around £5,000-£6,000)Simon Acres Recruitment are proud to represent for a well-established Builder’s Merchant based in East Devon who are looking for a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer to join their fantastic team.The Role:Creative Design: Designing kitchens and bathrooms using Fusion CAD software.Diverse Customer Interactions: Engage with retail and trade customers, bringing your expertise to a wide range of projects.Sales: Generating and converting leads into sales, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.Holistic Project Management: Oversee and manage kitchen projects from lead through to sale, ensuring every detail is meticulously considered.Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service and conducting site survey visits, gathering relevant information, and navigating customer design constraints with finesse.Showroom Elegance: Contribute to showroom upkeep, creating an inviting space for customers.Continuous Growth: Stay ahead of tends by continuously developing your product knowledge and meeting or exceeding personal KPIs.Candidate Requirements:Design Skills: Experienced Kitchen and/or Bathroom Designer, with a track record of at least 3 years.Sales: Demonstrate a proven sales track record and your ability to convert leads into sales.Tech Savvy: While knowledge of CAD Software is desirable (Fusion preferred).Self-Motivated: Ambitious and reliable.
