Job Description

In this idyllic coastal setting, our client is seeking an Interim Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in theyre Finance Department. This opportunity has arisen during a phase of exciting development and expansion, and it is expected to last for a durationof 3-6 months.As the Finance Manager, you will ensure the financial strength of our clients team, contributing to the production and analysis of management accounts and group reporting. As they navigate a periodof growth and transition, we are seeking a highly skilled Interim Finance Manager to join theyre dynamic junior team.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Financial Expertise: You will bring your expert knowledge to the production and analysis of management accounts and group reporting, ensuring our financial health as we grow globally.
  • Team Development: As a mentor and coach, you will guide and empower members of our finance team, ensuring their long-term success and helping us maintain excellence.
  • Budget Leadership: You will take a lead role in our budget process, ensuring that we meet our group deadlines, and providing insightful analysis on the numbers that drive our financial decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with the team, you will help identify areas for system and process improvements, contributing to our ongoing financial excellence.
  • Finance Director Support: As a key team member, you will offer support and expertise to our Finance Director as required, helping to steer our financial strategy.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional Qualification: You are ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified, bringing the expertise needed for this role.
  • ERP Mastery: Your extensive experience with ERP systems, will be invaluable in managing our financial operations.
  • Excel Proficiency: Your advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macros, will allow you to excel in data analysis and reporting.
  • Financial Insight: Your experience in Fixed Asset management, budgeting, and cashflow forecasting will help us make informed financial decisions.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Your background in coaching and mentoring will ensure that our finance team continues to thrive.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable, as it will provide valuable context for this role.
