Job Description

Are you looking for a new career opportunityMach Recruitment is recruiting for Fulfilment Trainers to work in a large warehouse and distribution site in East Midlands, Skygate. Job Title: Fulfilment TrainerLocation: Derby4 ON 4 OFF; Days 10:00am to 22:00pm OR Nights 22:00pm to 10:00amDay shift: £10.95 per hour OT £16.43 per hourNight Shift: £12.92 per hour OT £19.38 per hourPermanent contractThe role:

  • Prepare learning materials and support creation of training programs.
  • Support the Onboarding and Process lead with inductions and new starter training
  • Working closely with the new intake of people being always ready to train and support existing colleagues across the operations. You will play a pivotal role supporting the training team and managers within the operation.
  • Complete the required documentation for all aspects of the training delivered, adhering to our legal requirements, and recorded to the correct platforms in a timely manner.
  • Assists in driving success of peak and non-peak training plans
  • Improve processes by gathering feedback and analysing data, and measuring effectiveness of learning
About you: As a Trainer you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Confidence in Delivering training, coaching, inductions and assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and written skills.
  • Strong, reliable work ethic, with good organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • Dealing with a fast-paced environment, being proactive, and able to adapt quickly to varying needs.
  • Able to identify skills gaps.
  • Comprehends the importance of Health and Safety by complying with company and legal policies and procedures.
  • Have the skills and ability to connect with a diverse and multi skilled work force.
  • Observational and analytical skills.
  • Professional, self-motivated and a team player.
  • Good computer & system skills.
  • Experience in all aspects of training and presenting.
  • Experience working in a busy fulfilment / automation environment and demanding role.
  • Experience of understanding different learning styles.
