have a brand new role for a very established client for a Training Manager / Assessor for the construction industry, as this is a brand new role you will get the opportunity to not only drive the role but be heavily involved in the delivery of the courses,this client will use your knowledge to help drive this roleThe salary is dependant on you along with the opportunity to put together your own bonus and incentiveAs the fully qualified Training Manager / Assessor you will oversee and propel the development of our training centre. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the [Highways & Construction field], with certifications in Lantra, HTCA, and NPORS,demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and best practices.Your responsibilities as the Training Manager / Assessor will include the followingTraining Program Development: Collaborate with the Directors to design and developcomprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our clients and the industry.Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring the effectivetransfer of knowledge and skills to participants. Utilise innovative instructionaltechniques and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,understanding their training requirements and objectives to deliver customisedsolutions that exceed expectations.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to evaluate theeffectiveness of training programs and continuously improve their content and delivery methods.Compliance and Certification: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards,ensuring that training programs align with legal requirements and certifications.Business Development: Drive the growth of the training business through proactivemarketing efforts, client acquisition strategies, and the development of new training offerings.To be sucessful as the Training Manager we are looking for the followingBachelors degree in [Specify Relevant Field], or equivalent work experience.Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in the [Specify Industry/Field].Certification in Lantra, HTCA, and NPORS, or equivalent qualifications.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theories.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Once successful in the role you will receive the following benefitsOn site parking, use of company van, Company pension, great working environment, bonus/incentive and making the role your ownOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
