Product Engineer

Position: Product EngineerLocation: Derbyshire or London (Remote Working)Salary: £NegotiableSector: ChemicalsThe Role:

Lead project management for an extensive range of international approvals and test programs.
Collaborate with engineers and chemists to enhance existing products and develop new product and packaging systems.
Engage in product testing and approval processes, both in-house and through external laboratories in the USA and Europe.
Provide technical data and support to customers and Business Development Managers.
Keep abreast of technical developments in structural codes and construction industry practices.
Conduct research to understand the technical aspects of chemical anchoring and its applications.
Lead and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
Work effectively both independently and within a team, maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or structural Engineering.
Experience in the construction industry, particularly with concrete and rebar applications.
Strong knowledge of structural concepts and practices.
Keen interest in niche engineering science and chemical anchoring.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, self-directed learner with strong research capabilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with a diverse range of contacts.
