Job Description

We now have an immediate opportunity for a Resourcing and Scheduling Administrator able to demonstrate these essential skills and attributes.The roleThis is an exciting, fast paced role and has been created to support our rapidly growing UK and Nordic regions. Working from our UK Training Centre in Wyboston 5 days a week as part of our Operations department, the successful applicant will be responsiblefor allocating our vast pool of instructors to our course delivery dates and will report into the Scheduling and Resourcing Manager. This role is full time and permanent and has a starting salary of £22K - £24K.Main duties include:

  • Allocating Instructors to a scheduled list of courses.
  • Work to resource courses proactively to ensure that sales have enough seats to sell.
  • Custom Course Requirements - Work with the commercial manager to ensure it is priced up correctly taking into account any development that may be required.
  • Closed Course Requirements - Work to find a date and an available instructor that works for the client.
  • Manage the scheduling service desk. This is where requests will be added, reviewed, managed and processed.
  • Work with the instructor management team to either find additional instructors or upskill internally.
  • Ensure that instructors have everything that they need for their course by emailing all relevant documentation 2 weeks before each course.
  • Following each delivery, ensure that the instructor completes course feedback and escalating if any issues are raised.
  • Where course dates require adjusting for cancellations or another reason, work directly with the instructor and/or approved instructor list to re-book.
  • Ensure that the reports available to you are reviewed regularly to mitigate any risk to the smooth running of the course. For example - instructor date clashes and incorrect dates on the website
In addition to the scheduling and resourcing role, there will also be a requirement to support the local operations team with classroom set up, exam administration, service desk management, report analysis and other generic operational tasks as they arise.What were looking forThe successful applicant will have the following skills:
