In this role, youll connect with travel agents, assisting them in booking remarkable journeys to the USA, Caribbean,and Mexico, all from the comfort of your home, utilizing both phone and email communication channels.Why Choose Us Join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that offers a diverse range of travel opportunities. As a Trade Sales Consultant, youll be arranging a wide array of vacations, including but not limited to Disneyworld trips,theme park adventures, villa getaways, luxurious hotels, twin-center escapes, fly-and-cruise packages, multi-center expeditions, tailor-made adventures, and even motorhome excursions.RequirementsEssential Experience

  • A minimum of two years recent experience in a retail travel agency or tour operator.
  • Proven ability to meet targets within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Previous experience in crafting high-quality tailor-made travel itineraries.
  • In-depth knowledge of the USA as a travel destination.
  • Familiarity with scheduled airlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A confident and friendly telephone manner.
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Enthusiastic approach to handling phone inquiries.
  • A drive to excel in a sales-driven environment.
Useful Experience
  • Prior experience with Airline Reservations Systems, with preference for Galileo.
  • Familiarity with the Dolphin system.
  • Previous experience working from a home office.
Working Hours
  • 37.5 hours per week, including a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a day off in lieu when working on a Saturday.

  • Competitive basic salary of £20,319 plus a generous uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings ranging from £25,000 to £30,000.
