Salary: £25k per annumHours: 8 am - 4 pm Monday - FridayIts an extremely exciting time for my Client and a great time to join their exciting expansion plans!Im looking for a Technical Formulator to join the team immediately - the role offers £25k salary for basic knowledge. What tasks does this Technical Formulation role include
  • Understand the roles and usage of the formulation ingredients within the product
  • Understand the impact of differing proportions on the final product properties
  • Understand the interactions of the formulation and specifics of equipment usage throughout the product-making process.
  • Support a culture of continual improvement within the team and wider Company
  • Product Master Files for all products manufactured by the Company; including but not limited to the generation and maintenance of:
    • Product Specifications,
    • Raw Material Specifications,
    • Component Specifications,
    • Batch Manufacturing Records,
    • Batch Packing Records.
What will you bring to the role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of root cause analysis and risk management tools and their application
  • Good understanding of applicable regulations, standards and best practices
  • Good numerical skills and the ability to handle and analyse data
  • Good knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Minitab etc.)
  • Communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • The ability to vary communication styles to suit the audience
  • Planning and project management skills
