They are looking to add a personable and innovative individual to their friendly team to help support their customers located across the Midlands area, being split between onsite support and remote support from home. You will be required to deal with desktop, server, Infrastructure and Networking issues, assisting with, and leading large scale projects and maintenance across customer sites when needed.
