Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Scientist - Bioanalysis to join a highly successful research company in the Midlands.The role:As a Senior Bioanalytical Scientist you will run DMPK studies in support of drug discovery projects covering a range of therapeutic areas.Responsibilities include:

  • Design and run studies to understand pharmacokinetics (PK), absorption, metabolism, distribution, and excretion (ADME) of drug candidates.
  • Run ADME bioanalytical assays such as microsome, permeability, plasma protein, tissue binding, CYP450 inhibition and hepatocyte stability etc.
  • Operate and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS.
  • Interpret DMPK data.
  • Work collaboratively with other Senior Scientists on a variety of drug discovery projects.
