SAP Support LeadDerbyshire£65,000 + PackageCompany DescriptionInvestigo have been retained to search for a SAP FICO LEAD for an innovative organisation that is a leader in the responsible recycling and production of resources essential to modern life.They are going through a major consolidation programme underpinned by a greenfield implementation of S4/HANA, they will be deploying a global template across global markets over the next 2 to 3 years.Job DescriptionThis is an exceptional opportunity to join the team as it embarks on a greenfield implementation of S4 HANA systems to replace its legacy systems.The ERP team is responsible for delivering and supporting global ERP applications to support the UK based companies. The role is multi-fold - the team is responsible for working with the SI partner and the Business process owners facilitating a greenfield implementationof S4 HANA systems and also responsible for partnering with a managed services partner to manage the systems going forward. The ERP group partners with demand managers to meet the businesses technology needs of Finance, commercial and supply chain throughdesign, build and support activities across the ERP landscape.The job holders role will be to provide technical and subject matter expertise for the SAP S4 Hana platform for the our manufacturing support for our 3 UK manufacturing sites. The role will partner with the business to establish fit to standard processes whichcan be delivered in the SAP suite of tools with minimum customization required. The role will work to understand business challenges and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet those challenges. This person will transition to provide ongoingsupport and maintenance of the SAP application suite.Specific duties & responsibilities:

• Initial work with SAP implementation of company global template
• Partner with business stakeholders to define solutions that are fit to standard for SAP
• Capture and enrich business requirements to provide value to the organization
• Work collaboratively with the partner facilitating and challenging as relevant to deliver S4 HANA greenfield systems
• Provide vendor management support for the overall management and performance of the application support vendor.
• Lead root cause analysis activities to resolve and prevent issues within the ERP suite of applications.
• Support design, development and troubleshooting activities within the ERP application ecosystem
• Identify opportunities to improve or enhance the SAP service over time to provide better value for money.
• Active post-live support of application across 3 UK sites
• Monitor the SAP S4/HANA application follow defined processes
• Business analysis and continual business improvement
• Other relevant duties

• Business Application Director (US)

Qualifications

• At least 3 relevant years of experience core processes/modules e.g., finance, supply chain, purchasing, order to cash, etc
• Good knowledge of SAP and its modules
• Manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous
• Knowledge of S4/HANA would be desirable
