We are recruiting for a skilled ANP in Derby to join a team on a permanent basis, youll need to be highly skilled and ideally looking to take on some additional responsibilities around taking on the clinical lead.Youll need to have your MSc in AdvancedClinical Practice, General Practice experience as well as be confident running your own Minor Illness clinics and be a registered Prescriber. Aside from the clinical aspects of the role, the position will require someone who is either wanting to step up intoa Lead role, or who already has experience of it. As part of your function of Lead Nurse youll be ensuring that clinical governance and standards are upkept by the clinical team, that health promotion is maximised (ideally to increase take up of vaccinationsand cancer screening clinics) and that patients receive continuous care plans. The surgery does require improvement in these areas and is looking for someone who work to make long-lasting positive changes to the service.The employment package includes a salaryof £50,000-£55,000 FTE , full time hours, pension contributions, 6 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays off.
