Maintenance OperativeCentral England (Would involve driving to 12 separate locations)1 Year FTCAdecco UK are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join the team of our well-known client, if this is an opportunity that youd be interested in then please do apply in with the most up to date copy of your CV.They are looking for a handyman/caretaker that can travel to different sites to carry out maintenance work on buildings and contents. Plumbing or electrical experience(basic) is essential. They will be covering 12 sites which have around 800 people onsite.Sites are located Dudley, Tamworth, Warwick, Northampton, Nottingham, Luton, Stevenage.Van is provided along with B & Q/Screwfix card to buy essential materials. Fuel card also supplied.Diary management and customer services is also essential as they will be face to face with employees and also contractors and will need to book in monthly safety checks for PAT testing/legionnaires checks etc.You may be required to work out of hours - but will be given time back in lieu for this, also occasionally a Saturday - but again a day back in lieu if this happens.You will need to physically fit as office furniture moving can also be part of the role.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
