Job Description

Interim Change ManagerLocation: Hybrid with 1 day per week in the MidlandsRate: £500-£600 per day outside IR35Contract Duration: 12 monthsI have an immediate requirement for an Interim Change Manager to lead and drive transformative initiatives for a large complex client heading into a period of significant change. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale changeprojects and make a lasting impact. This role will require a hands on candidate with a can do attitude and the capacity to run multiple workstreams simultaneously. The canddiate profile I am looking for is a change lead with a specialism in training and comunicationand experance of finance transfromation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior stakeholder management
  • Project planning and execution
  • Project mapping for streamlined processes
  • Training needs analysis and development of training materials
  • Change impact analysis to ensure smooth transitions
Requirements:
  • Background in large complex change
  • Significant exposure to shared service centre environments
  • Qualified finance professional
  • Proven experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Demonstrable ability to collaborate to deliver results
  • Ability to influence and guide stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
