HR Business Partner to work closely with leadership team in a generalist HR role, with a real focus on developing capability and the approach to future talent and building robust plans.Client DetailsEstablished, highly reputable engineering/manufacturing business.DescriptionAs HR Business Partner you will work closely with your business area leadership team in a generalist HR role, with a significant focus on developing capability and the approach to future talent and building robust plans.Key aspects of the role include:- Partnering senior stakeholders in setting the strategy and people plans aligned to the business,.- Coaching and upskilling the leadership team in respect of complex people issues. - Coaching leaders on their personal development.- Driving the effective delivery of HR in line with the model.- Providing sound and effective employee relations advice.- Playing a pivotal role and managing key projects, including hose with international scope.- Leading on the Engagement work-stream.- Managing projects.- Ensuring robust succession & talent development pans are in place and working effectively.- Organisation development - identifying business issues relating, using tools to identify the levers to maximise performance.ProfileTo be considered for this role you will be a proven HR generalist with sound experience of working as a HR Business Partner or Head of HR where you have been partnering and influencing leaders at a strategic level.Experience of change is also key as well as the ability to work at pace.This is a superb opportunity for someone looking to work with autonomy and in a role that will give you wider exposure for future opportunities and career growth.Experience within the manufacturing/engineering ore a related sector is ideal.Job OfferUp to £65,000 per annumBonusHybrid working (typically 3 days at home)
