Job Description

HR Business Partner, £39.7k FTE, Hybrid working! Macildowie is really excited to be working with an organisation based in Derbyshire to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be an integral part of the HR leadership team to enable the organisationto deliver their People strategy, cultural change, EDI and recruitment.Within this exciting role, you will be responsible for your own stakeholders within a specific region and will advise on all matters to those regional areas, but also have responsibility for specific areas of the EDI, recruitment, training and well-beingwithin the company wide People Strategy.The role is paying up to £39,700 full time equivalent and offers a hybrid working structure, where you will be expected to be at their head office in Derbyshire around two days a month and also travel to sites when required.Key Duties of the role:

  • Have responsibility for EDI, Training and Development, Recruitment and Retention and Well-being within the People Strategy
  • Advise internal stakeholders on your designated region in accordance with policies, procedures and best practice.
  • Manage own caseload including TUPE, redundancy, sickness, disciplinary, grievances, maternity and paternity and flexible working requests.
  • Line management of three advisors
  • Coach management on leadership competencies
  • Advise and support on recruitment campaigns
  • Promote EDI across the organisation
