Job Description

Housing Support WorkerPermanentDerby/ Derbyshire£19,000- £22,000 Our client, a non for profit organisation based in Derby, are recruiting for a permanent Housing Support Worker to cover their tenancies dispersed across DerbyshireResponsibilities of the Housing Support Worker includes:

  • Supporting those at risk of homelessness to sustain their tenancies and develop independent living skills
  • Allocating and letting properties, ensuring a swift turnaround of void properties
  • Providing resettlement and tenancy support
  • Maximising income and assisting residents with budgeting and debts
  • Attending appointments
  • Completing agency liaison referrals
  • Taking appropriate action on breaches of licence agreements and tenancies
