Job Description

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious sustainable activewear brand who describe themselves as a cross between Lululemon and Patagonia. They like doingthings differently with creative fashion shows, charity-based non-profit arms and lots of Unisex styles!Being a small brand, they are able to provide exciting and ever-challenging opportunities for their team so you will be seeing and experiencing the full end-to-end process, from design right through to manufacturing, marketing, sales and customer relations.This is an exciting new opening where you will have the opportunity to set and implement their end-to-end eComm and digital strategy. You will be crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative andforming and executing a detailed annual digital marketing plan.Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals
  • Owning branding, positioning and pricing strategies
  • Ensuring the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Analyzing consumer behaviour and determining customer personas
  • Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitoring competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Participating in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
This opportunity would suit someone with recent experience as Head of eComm or VP Marketing or a senior marketing position, preferably within the fashion/activewear industry.You will have great storytelling abilities and creative skills and extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Instagram Stories Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube). You will alsoe have an analytical mind and a solid knowledgeof web analytics and Google Adwords and be highly organised and driven with meticulous attention to detail.This will be a hybrid role based in Derbyshire with the ability to work from home 2 days a week.
