A fantastic Financial Controller opportunity, reporting directly into the Plant MD, supporting the shared services team with the daily finance functions, while supporting the organisation to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.Client DetailsA rapidly-growing, cash-rich FMCG business who are part of a family-owned international group who operate one of the largest retailers in the world.As the Financial Controller, you will join a business who have just invested in a brand new, state of the art and multi-million pound production plant in Derbyshire.Description* Processing received payables and credits* Maintaining all appropriate financial spreadsheets* Supporting the Central Services Finance Team in collating and presenting monthly, half yearly and year-end figures/results* Processing Financial Report for both the UK Managing Director and Central Finance Services Team* Processing bank transfer requests* Completing and submitting tax returns, VAT returns, pension payments and National Insurance contributions* Supporting the companys payroll department* Checking and updating ledger balances* Scanning, filing and logging account documents* Updating computerised accounting systems (SAP)ProfileMust have worked in a similar environment - FMCG/Logsitics/Supply Chain/ManufacturingQualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by ExperienceA german speaker or someone willing to learn (at the companys expense) is highly desireable!Job Offer
