Job Description

Prospero work closely with Friesland School which is a high achieving co-educational secondary school and sixth form located in Sandiacre in Derbyshire. Friesland are seeking a Qualified and enthusiastic English Teacher to join them. This role is for a fulltime, on-going position, starting in September. The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional support to students and demonstrate good behaviour and classroom assistant/management.CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Location - Friesland School - Nottingham, Derbyshire - NG10 5AF
  • Position - English Teacher
  • Start date - September 2022
  • Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing
  • End date (if applicable) - N/A
  • Full time/part time - Full time
  • Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £120 per day
  • Hours - 8:00AM - 4:00PM
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a UK school
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
