About the Client:We are recruiting for a reputable further education provider based in Derbyshire. Our client is dedicated to providing a high-quality learning environment that enables students to reach their full potential. To continue their excellent standard of education,they are looking to expand their team with a passionate and skilled Engineering trainer.The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of PEO Engineering units from Level 2, Level 3 and above. Delivery will be both in the workshop and the classroom. There will be a strong focus on machining units withing this role. Responsibilities:• Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons within Engineering. • Assessing students understanding through continuous observation and feedback• Developing and upgrading course content as per the curriculum requirements• Ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment• Participating in quality improvement and curriculum development activities.Requirements:
