Maintenance EngineerLocation: Nottingham / DerbyDay Shift: Rotating Monday - FridayPay: £32k - 35kPermanent RoleOur client, based across two sites, in Derby & Nottingham, are looking for a maintenance engineer, with a strong background in working with CNC machinery, to work across both sites, providing PPM and reactive maintenance a wide variety of CNC applications. This is a permanent role, with a weekly rotating shift pattern.The Role:* Commissioning and de-commissioning CNC Machinery* Planning machinery moves when necessary* Undertaking reactive maintenance across the shop when required* Ordering parts alongside planned maintenance* Scheduling PPM across both sitesThe Candidate:* Previous experience working with CNC Machinery including vertical + horizontal borer, mill + turn machines - will be essential* 5-Axis experience would also be an advantage* Personable and confident communication at all levels* Prior experience with PLC fault-finding* Time Served - Mechanical bias with some record of electrical knowledge/application.* Ability to read technical drawings and provide assistance in communicating issues effectively* Excellent record-keepingPreferred Qualifications:* NVQ / Degree Level qualification * Prior experience of CNC plant machinery.* Full Clean UK driving licence.The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
