Based from their Derbyshire training centre you will use your renal nursing experience to provide clinical expertise to nurses, enabling them to support patients at home receiving peritoneal dialysis. Working closely with their third party supplier you will develop, implement and deliver classroom based training and assesment to these nurses as well as being the clinical expert for the wider business, supporting their account managers. In addition to a key role in clinical training you will also manage the nurse provision for the therapy area including cpacity planning and monitoring of perfomance and clinical governance.
