Job Description

Class 1 Drivers (Nights)We are recruiting for Class 1 drivers (Nights) for our client based near Long Eaton. As a class 1 driver you will undertake x2 store deliveries per day with an average working day around 11 hours.Shift Patterns will be:

  • Week 1 - 5 days on 3 days off / Week 2 - 5 days on 2 days off
    • Start times are between:
  • 1700 and 2200
    • Class 1 Drivers (Nights) will need:
  • A valid Class 1 license
  • A valid CPC and tacho
  • No more than 6 points (No TTs, No INs, No DDs, No DRs)
  • To have held their class 1 license for a minimum of 12 months for insurance purposes
    • Class 1 Drivers (Nights) will receive:
  • PAYE - £12.73 per hour rising to £13 per hour + fuel efficiency bonus per week (£60 - £80).
    • ** Please note only drivers on PAYE status can be taken forward **Class 1 Drivers (Nights) will go through a paid 3 day training and induction with the company and following a period of 12 weeks are able to go permanent with a yearly earning capability of around £33,000To apply for these vacancies, please send us an up to date CV or call us .
