Claims Team Leader - Circa £30k per annum & excellent benefits packageAn experienced Subsidence Claims Team Leader is required to join a growing Market Leading Subsidence Claims Management Company who are extremely reputable within the Industry, where you will join a fantastic team of vastly experience and qualified Engineersand Technical Claims Handlers. If you are a real team player with a passion for what you are doing you will be fully supported by like-minded individuals and play a vital role within a growing business.As an experienced Subsidence Specialist you will work alongside the Claims Manager and be responsible for a Subsidence Claims Handling team, ensuring the team deliver a market leading approach to claims management by improving customer satisfaction. Youwill support the Claims Manager across all aspects, supervising team members including claims handler and claims administrators, training team members and providing mentoring, undertake reviews, carry out appraisals and one to ones where applicable. The rolewill also involve working closely with the Engineering Manager to manage allocation of work and ensuring SLA reports are adhered to.About you:
