Case Manager (Drive Project)Salary £26,500Location DerbyshireFull Time - 37.5 hours per weekPermanentAs a Case Manager for our clients Drive Project, youll work with high-risk and high-harm perpetrators of domestic abuse. Youll use a multi-agency response to disrupt and reduce abuse and engage perpetrators in behavioural change work to recognise andchange their behaviour.Training with The Drive Partnership will be provided as part of this role.Job requirements Encourage perpetrators to engage with you on a one-to-one basis. Create long-term intervention plans to help disrupt and change perpetrators behaviour. Support customers for around 3-12 months, addressing a broad range of needs, such as housing and substance abuse. Design a multi-disciplinary plan for each perpetrator. This might include a mixture of interventions such as disruption strategies, as well as supporting them to overcome any barriers. Work closely with the IDVA service, who support customers partners and family members, to help manage risk and develop intervention and safety plans. Youll also liaise with other agencies. Contribute to regular multi-agency meetings and service reviews to help evaluate the projects success.What our client is looking for Someone with a genuine understanding of relationship abuse and the ability to help customers address their behaviours. Experience working in a multi-agency setting e.g. child protection, vulnerable adults, MARAC, MAPPA. Experience working with private, confidential and complex information. A thorough understanding of criminal justice and IDVA work including risk assessment, risk management, comprehensive safety planning and an understanding of the MARAC process at an operational level. Someone able to work in a flexible and agile way. This includes travelling across Derbyshire as required and working outside normal office hours when necessary.
