BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE- DRIVING RECRUITMENTThis is a regional position covering the Midlands down to Northampton, so can be based from our clients Derby offices or part office and part home-based if you are based in Northampton and Leicester.Basic salary up to £28,000 + car/ car allowance + commission. The package on offer with this role includes healthcare cash-back scheme, pension, 25 days annual leave rising to 30 with increased tenure, an additional day off for charity work and a yearly additional travel incentive.Harrison Sands are recruiting for a nationally recognised independently owned driving and industrial recruitment specialist who, after a very profitable 2020 are looking to expand their Derby operations to cover a client base spanning the East Midlands, in addition to their current Derbyshire based client portfolio. We are looking for a highly sales driven consultant, or business development specialist to join them as a Business Development Executive focusing on the driving market, particularly on client generation within Northampton and the surrounds.As a Business Development Executive, you will have the support of a Recruitment Consultant working form the Derby office who has the capability to quickly and efficiently fill bookings and has a database of active and qualified drivers. Your primary focus will be to identify businesses within Northampton and the East Midlands requiring the supply of temporary driving staff, making initial inroads into these client accounts, and selling the companys services both other the phone, and where appropriate face to face. As a Business Development Executive you will have full responsibility for the sales cycle in your specific area and will not be expected to fill bookings as you bring them in.This role is an ideal position for an established driving recruiter who knows the sector well, and has a great overview of the local supply market, enjoying client liaison and sales but perhaps not so much bookings fill and driver screening and shift co-ordination.
