An accountancy firm located within easy reach of Derby and Nottingham are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) for a role supporting the firms leadership and will consider capable, well-rounded accountants at anywhere from Senior Accountant through to Partner Designate level.They are a successful, flexible practice who have seen real growth in the last 2 years. This success has been welcome, but the firm are now keen to bring in a capable person with the right personality and they can be flexible on the level of position offeredif they find the right match.They use systems including Digita, Sage, quickbooks, free agent etc.The new client flow is strong and opportunity definitely there for a crucial role in a friendly, successful and well set up firm. 95% of the work is standard, general practice work with a limited amount more involved, potentially including management accounts etc. Personal tax experience would be welcomed alongside accounts and general practice knowledge.Your role can be flexed to suit you, what hours you can work and they type of work you enjoy doing and are good at. AN opportunity to progress to Partner could certainly be available, but if you would prefer a steady role at Manager grade or Senior Accountant, that could work well too. Required skills
